About me
Dr. Arielle Elmaleh-Sachs is an internal medicine physician at NYU Langone Health (NYULH) and medical director of the Sunset Park Family Health Center, where she focuses on chronic disease prevention and management for underserved communities. She leads innovative virtual care initiatives, including remote patient monitoring and digital health programs that expand access to care and improve health outcomes. In addition to her clinical work, she is an assistant professor at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and collaborates with community partners and health informatics teams to advance equitable, technology-enabled care.
