About me
Harley Blakeman is a formerly incarcerated technology entrepreneur and a leader in the reentry and workforce development space. He is the founder of Honest Jobs, a national platform that helps justice-impacted individuals find employment and critical resources, which he recently sold to Orijin, an education technology company.
After his incarceration in 2011, Harley went on to graduate with honors from The Ohio State University, but continued to face barriers due to his record. In response, he built companies that are now used by hundreds of thousands of people each year. His work focuses on leveraging technology to improve employment outcomes, reduce recidivism, and create more efficient systems across corrections and community supervision.
