About me
Tiffany Vulcain is a Program Manager at The Fortune Society. She is also a former participant of the organization, bringing both lived experience and professional leadership to her work. She currently leads Women Rising, a holistic support program designed specifically for women impacted by the legal system. Grounded in the recognition that women have distinct and often unmet needs, the program is intentionally structured to build in support across career Readiness, personal development, parenting support, and access to critical resources.
Since its launch in 2023, Women Rising has served over 1,500 women, assisting participants navigate reentry. In her role, Tiffany oversees daily program operations as well as participant engagement, ensuring women are not only connected to services, but supported in sustaining long-term growth and transformation.
In addition to her program leadership, Tiffany founded the annual Parents’ Day initiative where Legal system impacted individuals are celebrated and provided resources. She also serves as an event coordinator for other key initiatives that uplift and center families impacted by the legal system.
Tiffany’s leadership is grounded in lived experience and a deep commitment to community transformation. She is known for creating spaces that center confidence building, accountability, self-awareness, and transformation for women rebuilding their lives.
Beyond her work at Fortune, Tiffany, also known as TJ in the broader community, is an author and emerging storyteller with projects spanning film and media, and also contributes to policy efforts through her work with Dream.org. She also serves on multiple advisory boards, lending her expertise to initiatives focused on advancing equity and opportunity for communities impacted by the legal system.
